‘Best Wife & Mother’: Andrew couldn’t ask for anyone greater than Alayna to be in his life

Alayna is the rock of the Cox family, and she is a model of consistency and love.

For Alayna, one of the most important things to her is making sure her husband and children are always spending time with one another and having a good time. So, whether they are up at Andrew’s mom’s lakehouse kayaking, going out to eat, going sledding or going to sporting events, the Cox family is very much an outgoing, outdoorsy family. They stay busy, but more importantly, they stay busy together.

Alayna also just loves to be there for her kids. She has spent a tremendous amount of time instilling so many important values into them, and she also makes sure she is there to support and love them.

She also makes sure that while she loves on them and is a friend in some regards, that she lays down the hammer so to speak in other regards.

“Alayna is the perfect balance between loving, toughness/strictness and leading by example,” Andrew said. “Her kids are her life, and she would do anything for them, including disciplining to help shape them.”

At the end of the day, everything Alayna does is for the good of her children. Every punishment she hands out and every homework assignment she helps them with is all part of her plan to help them turn into wonderful adults one day.

One way Alayna is doing this is by leading by example. She is a role model in so many ways to her children, and she shows them firsthand how to live a great life.

“She teaches them work ethic,” Andrew said. “How to be a good person. Good character. She’s just making sure we have good sound, good kids.”

Alayna is just the most supportive and loving mother any kid could ask for, and her kids are super grateful for her.

Andrew is also grateful for her, not just because Alayna is a great mother to their kids, but because she is a great wife to him. She is his rock and his foundation, and she truly keeps him balanced.

Alayna cares about everyone all around her as well. Her heart is huge and her selflessness shines through constantly.

“She’s very caring,” Andrew said. “She’s caring about people. Alayna’s putting what other people want in front of herself. She puts a lot of the burden of other people onto herself. She does a lot of being there for others.”

Alayna is not afraid to carry other people’s weight on her chest, as that is part of how she shows her love. She also shows her love by just being there and being present. People know they can count on her, as she is a steady force in a lot of lives.

To Andrew and the kids, Alayna is their everything, and they are just truly thankful for her.

“I couldn’t do this without her. We have been through so many bad things and so much stress. She carries so much weight and she is so good at lifting the family up. She’s strong and supportive. She is just the best wife and mother to her kids ANY husband could ask for.” – Andrew
