Bill’s The Greatest: Bill King is a truly amazing father, and he is a role model who many look up to

With Bill King, what you see is what you get. And what you see in Bill is a wonderful father who would go to the ends of the earth for his son and daughter. He is also a great husband, friend and employer, but his number one priority is his kids.

“Bill is a great father because of the way he rears our children,” his wife Domonique said. “Specifically the conversations he initiates with them. He teaches them how to be good citizens. They know they can come to him about anything without judgment. Well, maybe a little, but it’s always constructive. It’s never with malice.”

Domonique said one of the words she would use to describe her husband is approachable. Both Trey and Lyric are in their teenage years, and they both know they can come to their dad with any question. They know they can lean on him and rely upon his wisdom, and that he is always going to be a supporter toward them.

Not only that, but Bill is always going to go to bat for his kids. He cares so much about them and wants what is best for them at all times.

“My dad is a protector for me,” Lyric said. “He is a great resource for asking questions, any questions I have. He gives me tough love. He is very wise, and I trust his input. I love how much of a dad he can be to me.”

Bill is a father first and a friend second, and he is always going to do right by Trey and Lyric. He makes sure he shows them the ropes, and they both feel as though they have learned a lot from their father throughout the years.

“He’s taught them to be good to the family,” Domonique said. “And to understand the world isn’t always as nice or kind as we are at home. Sometimes you have to deal with hardships and things like that. But we are always going to be there for them regardless.”

When you have loving and supportive parents, you know you can get through anything in life. That’s why Trey and Lyric feel so confident in their everyday lives, and why they are not afraid to be themselves.

“He taught me to always speak up, have confidence, and even if I fail, I succeed if I try my absolute best,” Trey said.

Bill has taught his kids so much and has been there for them through the best of times and the worst of times. He never lets his love waver or be at anything less than 100 percent.

Speaking of 100 percent, that is the amount of effort Bill gives toward all his relationships. Of course, this includes his relationship with his wife, but it also includes his relationships with his friends. He keeps his friends tight to the vest and is trustworthy and reliable.

“He’s very loyal,” Domonique said. “He has a big heart. He always gives money to homeless people. He’s there for anybody if they need it. Bill will be there to help you out.”

Bill is super selfless and gives so much of himself. He is a guy you are generally drawn to because he has that charisma, and he definitely exudes friendship.

He is a friend that is going to tell it like it is as well. Bill is never one to beat around the bush, and this is something a lot of people actually appreciate and admire about him.

“He is always going to keep it 100, 100 percent of the time,” Trey said. “He doesn’t sugarcoat anything and calls everything how it is.”

“Dad doesn’t have many friends, but he is a great person to be around because he keeps it real with people,” Lyric added.

In being a great friend and a great all-around person, Bill is a great leader too. He is a bank branch manager, and he is always looking out for his colleagues. He is a manager a lot of people look up to and strive to have, as he always treats his people right.

“He promotes people within the company,” Domonique said. “He will try to get people where they want to go. He’s a good communicator. He can talk to people and find out what is going on and what they’d like to do.”

And when he is not at work, Bill spends almost all his time with his family, making sure they have the best livelihood possible. The Kings love going to the safari, watching movies, going to the beach and eating Cold stone ice cream .

Bill is just a 6-foot-6 loveable man who loves professional wrestling and all things Philadelphia sports who has the ability to simplify problems for his loved ones. He is a role model of strength, determination and love, and everyone in his life is exceedingly grateful for him.

Of course, there is no greater joy in his life than his children, and being a great father is something he excels at.

“I would like Bill to know that all of his efforts and accomplishments in helping me in my battle with cancer have not gone unnoticed. I appreciate everything you’ve done, from speaking to doctors when I couldn’t speak and when I could, waiting on the phone for hours to make sure I got the treatment I needed in a timely manner, and asking the questions I wanted to know but didn’t think to ask. I love you, Bill… We love you, Bill!”
