Born and raised in southcentral Pennsylvania, Natalie Falatek has always stayed true to her roots. She is a family woman through and through, and she also has an affinity for taking care of dogs.
Her husband, Cal, describes Natalie as a strong, smart and loyal woman. She is his companion and his best friend, and he loves how dedicated and compassionate she is.
Cal also loves how well he gets along with his wife. She is not only the love of his life, but his better half when it comes to raising a family together.
They even got to build a home together right next to Natalie’s parents, and that goes to show how family-first her mindset is.
She of course is very husband-first as well, as she is the one person Cal cannot imagine spending life without.
“There was a comfort in the relationship that was present from our very first date,” he said. “I don’t have the best words to describe it, but it was almost as if we planted a tree. The tree was settled in the ground, and wind may come and move the branches of the tree from time to time, but there was never anything that was going to uproot the tree. The tree just grew and became sturdier in the ground, and it continued to flourish since.”
Essentially, the Falatek marriage is built with a firm foundation. They have grown in every aspect of their lives together, and they are as picture-perfect a couple as can be.
A lot of that has to do with Natalie, as she is truly the woman of Cal’s dreams. She is amazing in every regard, and she is the type of person you want to get to know more.
She is also the kind of friend who will give anything to help everyone around her. She is so genuine and helpful, and her selflessness is something that draws a lot of people near and dear to her.
“She is so kind and giving of her time,” Cal said. “She focuses on and puts a great deal of effort into doing anything she can for other people. Often as our children participate in sports, she has become involved as a board member of the organizations serving the sport.
“During those volunteer opportunities, she has led initiatives for the organizations to raise funds; acquire newer, better equipment; and improve the fields the children use. She has shared her expertise and insights for fundraising and improvement plans with leaders at other organizations to help the community. She has held positions of leadership at the since-renamed Halifax United Methodist Church, a local Lions Club, and the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art.”
In short, Natalie does it all, especially when it involves helping other people. She is the kind of person who will sacrifice everything for the sake of others and helping out in the community.
She also does what she can to bring out the best in everyone. Successful in her position as Mid Penn Bank’s Regional President, the accolades and recognition are moot compared to being able to make a difference and help guide others in building up their careers.
“Natalie is very kind,” Cal said. “She first looks to make sure that other people are comfortable, and their needs are met. She is considerate, and efforts herself to do the right thing for others. When a friend or an acquaintance is in need, she seeks to offer assistance or monetary donations where possible.”
Without knowing it, this is one of the infinite reasons why Natalie makes for such a great role model to her children, Camden and Carlie.
Of course, there is also the fact that her work ethic is unmatched, and she is completely and utterly devoted to giving them the best lives possible.
“As a mother, she is so encouraging to our children and has been so supportive of them in their pursuit of different sports and activities,” Cal said. “She looks to spend meaningful time with them, and makes sure they are provided for and happy. She tends to do most of the shuttling for the kids’ practices, and I am so appreciative of her for it. As a wife, she is a true partner, and we share both household responsibilities and decision-making.”
Natalie is just an all-out stupendous individual. She cares about family first and foremost, and she is cherished and beloved by so many. She makes endless impacts wherever she goes, and everyone in her life is truly thankful for her.
“I want Natalie to feel loved, appreciated and valued. She brings so much benefit, joy and love to my life. I want her to see that it is recognized and not taken for granted. She makes my life and our children’s lives wonderful, and we love her so much.”
