It’s been three decades since Heather accepted Paul’s wedding proposal, and he could not be happier. He has loved and cherished the past 30 years since that moment, and he is looking forward to what the next 30-plus years will bring.
Heather and Paul have made countless memories together since that special day, and Paul is thankful for every single one of them.
The Manns have taken trips to Hilton Head, Harry Potter World, Old Quebec City and Europe. Yet, it is the times when they are doing the simpler things, such as taking walks together or grabbing coffee, that Paul cherishes more than anything. His wife is an expert planner who makes every trip and every moment special, and just being around Heather makes Paul’s heart beat.
On top of traveling, they love sitting with the dogs, watching (and reciting quotes from) movies, being foodies, and just spending time together. Life with Heather is like a fairytale that Paul feels lucky enough to live in.
“She means everything to me,” Paul said. “When she is not with me, I miss her. She has the most generous heart, always giving to her family and others. She is a super hard worker with an outstanding work ethic! Creative. She throws incredible parties!!! And she loves her family.”
Anything you could ever ask for in a woman, Paul got in Heather. She is way more than he bargained for, and he is not complaining one bit.
“She’s better than I deserve,” Paul said. “She has loved me, in spite of me, ya know, acting like a guy. I never acknowledge and thank her enough for all the little things she does. She is sweet, loves new adventures, and plans things to do together. I couldn’t have hoped for more from a wife!”
We have not even mentioned the best part about Heather yet either. She is a phenomenal mother, and watching her grow in that role each and every day has been something Paul is truly astonished by.
“Heather has given everything to having the best relationship she can with her kids for the past 27 years,” Paul said. “She communicates constantly with Nick and Emily. She does so much for her kids. She is also a loving fur baby mom with Winnie and Sophie.”
Paul is grateful for the journey he has been on the past 30 years with Heather, and he looks forward to seeing where their future adventures will take them. Most of all, he is thankful he will be on those adventures with his best friend.
“I want Heather to know how deeply I love her and am thankful for her. What an out-of-the-world mother she is, and how much Nick and Emily love her. How much people appreciate all her hard work and all the effort and planning she puts into what she does. How the world is so much better because she is in it.” – Paul
