Jared Bartlett is taking his blazing speed to Morgantown. The Collins Hill (Ga.) linebacker committed to West Virginia on Thursday, choosing the Mountaineers over Maryland, Minnesota, Purdue, Rutgers, Syracuse and Wake Forest.
Bartlett is physical and fast and has the raw tools to thrive at the next level. He closes gaps quickly and shows the ability to drop back and play in coverage. Bartlett is listed at 6-2 and 213 pounds and is rated the No. 125 outside linebacker prospect in the country, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. His upside is even greater.
