‘My Purpose’: Thomas knows his life was made a whole lot more meaningful whenever Ashlea entered it

There is a lot Thomas Murton loves about his relationship with his devoted wife, Ashlea Ellsbury. He loves how vulnerable he can be while having deep conversations about love, God and family. He loves how hard she makes him laugh when she cracks a joke. Heck, he even loves listening to music with her all the time.

But yet, it is her beauty and her compassion that really drew Thomas to Ashlea. He marvels at her beauty each and every day, and he also is constantly blown away by her heart. She is someone who cares so much and gives so much while asking for nothing in return.

She is certainly Thomas’ better half, as he does not know what he would do without her. She has always been there for him and has always supported him, and Ashlea certainly pushes her husband to be the best he can possibly be.

“She helps me work through my thoughts and feelings,” Thomas said. “She helps me to realize my goals. She makes me a better father by giving me opportunities to spend one-on-one time with my son. She helps me understand life and, through her and the family, she’s given me purpose.”

They say that sometimes you do not find the meaning of your life until you find your soulmate. And for Thomas, he knows exactly what this feeling is like. The moment he met Ashlea, his life flashed before his eyes, and he realized he did not want to live in a timeline where she is not his better half.

This is because she has an unmatched personality that draws people in. People love being around Ashlea because she never gives up on anyone, and also because she has that motherly instinct.

That motherly instinct certainly makes her the phenomenal mother she is to Arthur, and Thomas knows the bond the two of them have will only continue to grow with time.

“What makes her a great mother is she is always there for the ones she loves, putting others before herself, loving unconditionally, and putting others’ happiness before her own,” Thomas said.

Of course, this bodes well for her as a mother, as does the rest of her outstanding personality.

“She is caring, loving, does anything and whatever it takes to make sure our son has a good life and stays as healthy as possible,” Thomas said. “Ashlea provides the highest quality food, books and love for our son.”

She provides a lot of love for Thomas as well, along with a whole lot of memories. He will never forget their attendance to the Wizard of Oz musical that was cut short at intermission, the road trip she took to Lexington to see him, and all of the nights spent wiping tears of laughter from their eyes, but more importantly, Thomas will never forget who is at the center of those special moments. His wife is amazing and loved, and she is worthy of all the love.
