Sarah Chapman is an amazing mother who has dedicated herself to her children.
Her husband, Eric, said she would do anything to improve the lives of their children, Bryce (4) and Reagan (8 months), and make them happy.
“I have been amazed how quickly she adapts and takes on challenges our kids are facing, like my son’s peanut, tree nut, dairy allergies, and my daughter being diagnosed with FPIES,” Eric said. “She has quickly researched and developed a plan to help them overcome these allergies and create documents to share with babysitters to avoid any more issues.”
When talking to Terry Chapman about Sarah, she said, “Sarah is a great mother and great at explaining things to her kids. She protects them and works to find out what is best for them. Bryce and Raegan love her so much and trust her. Whenever I see her she has a smile for the kids and me. Sarah is always helpful and organized which really helps me out.”
It’s her desire to help people, especially children, that also makes her excel at her job as a teacher at Sycamore High School, where she teaches cooking.
Eric says it’s the perfect job for her because she loves to help people and she is an excellent cook.
“I am always amazed at how quickly she can grab random food and throw it together to make a delicious dinner,” he said.
Sarah loves to shop, especially with Bryce, Eric said, adding that she won’t pay full price or buy anything unless it is on sale.
“Bryce loves shopping with his Mommy at Target, TJ Maxx, Home Goods and Costco,” Eric said. “He helps Sarah find great deals on chairs, clothes, and baby stuff that are on clearance sale, and then she resells them for profit.”
Eric jokes that although Sarah is very smart, she falls for most jokes. One of his favorite memories of Sarah is when she misunderstood the phrase “like a bull in a China shop,” thinking it was “like a bowl in a China shop,” which didn’t make any sense to her.
Sarah is very thoughtful and is incredible at buying gifts for people, Eric said, adding that she has a great heart and is always willing to help other people when they are in need.
Sarah’s mother Carol said, “Sarah is kind, loving and thoughtful, the best mama to her children.”
“Sarah provides a great example for our kids, and she has helped me develop better patience and to enjoy the little things in life,” Eric said.
“Sarah is an amazing mother who adores her kids and makes sure they have everything they want,” Eric said. “Bryce and Reagan are lucky to have her as their mother. Our kids may not remember what she has sacrificed for them, but I will make sure they know they have the best mother in the world. Sarah, Happy Mothers’ Day! We love you!”
