They say persistence is key, and if you ask Joseph Hunt, he will tell you that is a true statement. Back when he first met Michelle in 1994, they were working at the same hospital. He was an attending radiologist and she was a phlebotomist, and together they formed a perfect duo.
Joseph mentioned that his wife stole his heart when he met her, and she has had ahold of it ever since. She took it captive 30 years ago, and Joseph is not complaining one bit.
He realizes how amazing his wife truly is, as she is definitely a one-of-a-kind woman. Michelle is not only a queen, but she is kind and compassionate. She is constantly looking out for others, and she has tremendous character.
Michelle is super athletic too. She always finds time to focus on her health and wellbeing, and it is not rare to find her doing yoga.
It is also not rare to see Michelle making memories with her husband. They love to try new food places and explore the great outdoors, going on adventures from skiing to snowshoeing while during their explorations. Joseph also said there are many more memories and special moments to come, and he is looking forward to getting to spend the rest of his life with his adventure buddy.
He is also looking forward to continuing seeing the mother Michelle is trickle down to their future grandbabies. Gabe, Cameron and Emma are all successful, independent young adults, and Joseph knows a lot of that has to do with what their mother instilled in them throughout the years.
“She is totally committed and invested in the growth and development of our kids throughout their Christian school upbringing,” Joseph said.
Faith has played an integral role in the Hunt household, and Joseph believes it is a big part of why they are the amazing family they are.
Of course, he realizes it is also because of the amazing matriarch his wife is, and he adores and admires her so much.
“She is brutally honest,” Joseph said. “Michelle is very hardworking and devoted to her family. She is caring to all, giving and always providing for others.”
You know how Michelle stole Joseph’s heart all those years ago? Maybe it was because her heart was (and still is) so occupied with selflessness and giving to others that she needed to fill the void.
Whatever the case may be, the reality is Joseph just loves his wife so much. He knows the kids do too, and he is really looking forward to continuing on this journey called life with Michelle.
“I remain fascinated by her courage, strength, resilience and complete dedication to the family we have forged. I will continue to admire her for the balance of our lives.” – Joseph
