Melissa Reardon is a wonderful wife and mother who gives her all to ensure her family have great lives.
She does everything she can to care for and support her husband, John, and her sons, Johnny and Charlie.
“Melissa is so thoughtful, and she is always there for me and the boys whenever we need anything,” John said.
Her love of helping others extends beyond her boys to her work in the Retail Operations Department at Salem Five Bank. She is very talented and hardworking, and she makes sure every customer she works with has the best experience.
When she isn’t working, Melissa enjoys listening to live music and having a good time with her friends and family. She is also dedicated to attending all of her sons’ sporting events.
The couple met over 23 years ago while they were both working at a flower shop. They began dating, and John smiled when he explained, “We both ‘knew’ we found ‘the one’ when we put on our glasses for the first time.”
John and Melissa love to travel together, and John cited trips to the Bahamas, Florida, New York City and Nashville as some of his favorites. He said Melissa’s favorite spot is their house in Denmark, Maine.
“Our house in Maine is her special place,” John said. “She loves to go there as often as we can with friends to sit by the fire and watch the stars. She loves to pack a cooler and play ‘On the Pontoon’ by Little Big Town and cruise around on our pontoon boat.”
Melissa is an excellent mother because she not only dotes on the boys, but she is very understanding and communicates very well with Johnny and Charlie.
Charlie said his mom fills the house with love and Johnny said she is an amazing person who loves the boys unconditionally.
John said he admires that his wife is so thoughtful to everyone she meets.
“Melissa is so kind and she cares for so many people in her world,” John said. “Just watching her treat everyone with respect rubs off on you and makes you want to be a better person. The boys and I are so thankful to have her in our lives.”
“She is so beautiful and sweet, and I feel so blessed we are together,” John said, adding, “She means the world to me and our children. She is my everything and I will love her forever!”
